For the plumbing and electrical, we have close relationships with trusted local trades, but if you have a plumber or electrician you prefer, we are more than happy to work in with them.

What size granny flat can I build without consent?
The rules now allow a larger consent-free standalone dwelling, within set conditions. We can give you pointers on what applies to your section. Anything bigger needs consent, which we do not run.
What is the difference between a sleepout and a minor dwelling?
A sleepout has no kitchen or bathroom of its own. A minor dwelling (granny flat) is fully self-contained and can be lived in independently.
Can a granny flat earn rental income?
Yes. A self-contained minor dwelling can be rented out, which is why many people build one.
